It will take a minimum of 3-4 weeks to produce your order, then an additional 5-7 business days to ship your order.

Shipping is free for all domestic orders.

International

We use DHL Express shipping for all international orders. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies depending on destination country.

We offer shipping to New Zealand, the USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, the UK & select European countries via DHL Express or EMS express. If your desired shipping country is not listed above, please contact televisistarcatalog@gmail.com to discuss alternate shipping solutions.

RETURNS

All sales are final, and Televisi Star does not offer any money-back guarantees. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns/refunds stemming from customs duties, foreign taxes, or other charges imposed by the importing country.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience of these extra fees. Unfortunately, these fees are implemented by government regulations and policies, which are out of the control of our company.

Damaged goods/faulty items: we will send you an additional pair of pants. Feel free to keep the initial pair; don't ship it back! In the case where the style is no longer available, we will provide you store credit.
