Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

It will take a minimum of 3 weeks to produce your order. THEN it will take an extra 5-7 business days to ship your order. 

Within Indonesia 
Standard Shipping (Post Indonesia): Pricing varies depending on your area (5-7 business days).

International 
We use DHL express shipping. Shipping prices may vary depending on country and weight. Using Express EMS or DHL / 5-7 business days for shipping. 

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in American Dollar currency.

ORDER PROCESSING 

Because all our items are one of a kind, we make every item new and in house here at our production headquarters. It takes us a minimum 3 weeks to produce. TELEVISISTAR will contact you if an item is unavailable or  discontinued. We may have issues finding fabric or dying fabric, therefore your order will take a few weeks to produce.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our TELEVISISTAR warehouse.

DELIVERY TIMES 

International 
We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia Pacific, UK & Selected European Countries using DHL Express or EMS express. If your desired shipping Country is not listed above, please contact televisistarcatalog@gmail.com to discuss alternate shipping options.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

Please note: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, TELEVISISTAR cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

RETURNS 

RETURN POLICY :

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. We do not accept any returns due to custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced by the importing country.

We have been informed that the countries listed below are charging higher taxes, import duties and/or handling fees for values over $25- $40.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience of these extra fees.
Unfortunately these fees are implemented by government as per individual policies and regulations which are out of the control of our company.

We do not accept any refunds.

We only allow exchanges due to damage goods, sewing mistakes or any other reason that is the fault of our production team.   

REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN ON FAULTY PRODUCTS

We do not give any store credit.

Should you wish to return your purchase because of faulty production, please follow the instructions below:

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive full refund. Items not returned within 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the swing tags attached.

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt although it may take a little longer during busy periods.

How do I organise a return? 
Simply email Televisistarcatalog@gmail.com and DM our Instagram. We will help you go from there.

Where do I send my return to? 
Will provide you with the complete postal address to you via email correspondence. 

Are returns free? 
If you are returning a faulty item due to a production mistake on our part, there will be no charge on your end for any returns and shipping returns.

LOST RETURNS 

Incase you are returning a TELEVISISTAR garment to us, it is your responsibility to make sure the parcel makes it safely back to Bali, to the correct return address. Incase the garment is lost during the mailing process, YOU will be charged the cost of the garment. Due to this policy we always advice customers to send back our TELEVISISTAR garments using a registered mailing service, in order to track the whereabouts of our pieces. 

**We ALWAYS ship using express registered mail to insure your garment will make it to you safely. We would appreciate the same treatment if you choose to send back a TELEVISISTAR garment back to us**.
